The Clifton Express has stops at either end of the park and does regular circuits from the activity area to the Museum and cafe.

Clifton Park is a beautifully landscaped garden with specimen trees, leafy avenues and a Georgian Grade II* listed house providing sweeping views.

History of the park

Clifton Park was originally laid out as the private grounds of Clifton House in 1783, and opened as a public park in 1891.
